摘要:针对运动员在平常训练需要不断挑战体能极限承受超大负荷运动的现象,需要科学合理的膳食,为运动员提供适当的营养供给。本文主要针对合理膳食中的蛋白食品,从体能提升、抗疲劳、增强免疫三个方面对运动员产生的生理功效进行分析,并从力量型专项运动、耐力型运动、球类运动对基于合理膳食中的蛋白食品使用进行分析。

Analysis of Physiological Effects of Protein Foods Based on Reasonable Diet on Athletes

Abstract:A scientific and reasonable diet is needed to provide athletes with appropriate nutrient supply in view of the fact that athletes need to constantly challenge the physical limit to withstand excessive load exercise in normal training. This paper focuses on the protein diet in a reasonable diet, and analyzes the physiological effects of athletes from three aspects: physical fitness, anti-fatigue and enhanced immunity. The use of protein-based foods based on reasonable diets was analyzed from strength-specific sports, endurance sports, and ball sports.
